Refund & Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before preparation begins. Once cooking starts, cancellation may not be available.

Quality issues: contact support within 30 minutes of delivery with photos for resolution or refund eligibility.

Refunds (if approved) are processed to original payment method or King's Wallet within 5–7 business days.
